FSU FOOTBALL

Florida State football opened its 2025 season with a victory over the Alabama Crimson Tide by a score of 31-17. The individuals who doubted Mike Norvell and company are starting to eat their crow. Then, the program thrashed East Texas A&M by a score of 77-3, as expected.

The Seminoles will welcome the Kent State Golden Flashes into Doak Campbell Stadium at 3:30 PM EST on the ACC Network. The Tallahassee sun will be on full display, so the fan base needs to prepare for hydration. The Seminoles' offense has been red-hot and wants to continue the positive trajectory.

Coach Norvell doesn't want his squad to get complacent in their success, so they have to keep their foot on the pedal. The program doesn't have time to waste as it goes to Virginia for a Friday night road matchup the following week.
