FSU FOOTBALL
Florida State football will have the difficult task of taking on the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday, August 30th at 3:30 PM EST in the newly renovated Doak Campbell Stadium. The Seminoles want to put 2024 in the rearview mirror after the 2-10 season.
Florida State football has a proud standard here, where it wants to keep up with competing for conference and national championships. It seems like some individuals (I am talking to you, Paul Finebaum and Greg McElroy) have lost track that the Seminoles are still considered a blue blood.
As it relates to fall camp, defensive coordinator Tony White made headlines for his fiery presser on Monday afternoon, where he described some players not cutting the standard that has been set here. I love to hear that from such an important assistant coach.
However, words don't mean much if the actions aren't there. As a result, I want to highlight three players on Florida State football's roster who will live up to the hype.
