RB SAMUEL SINGLETON JR.

Florida State's offense has been awful this year. It has been well-documented. This cannot be what Mike Norvell expected. Even though the team lost pieces such as Jordan Travis, Trey Benson, Keon Coleman, Johnny Wilson, and Jaheim Bell after last season, I still didn't think it would be this much of a drop off.

The Seminoles' fan base has been clamoring for the defensive unit to force takeaways or have a special teams play to generate momentum for the offense.

Florida State had a kickoff return for a touchdown versus Duke, where running back Samuel Singleton Jr. had success in his opportunity on special teams. The offense did not score a single offensive touchdown against the Blue Devils (only scored three field goals).

With true freshman running back Kameron Davis having some injury issues, this could also be a moment to shine for the redshirt freshman running Samuel Singleton Jr. However, the Seminoles probably need Singleton Jr. to explode on special teams.
