3 impact players for Florida State football against North Carolina
QB LUKE KROMENHOEK
Florida State's offense has been a complete joke this year. If the Seminoles even had an average unit in 2024, they would likely be 5-3 or 6-2 on the season. However, there are no "what-ifs" in college football. The Seminoles have a horrific offense.
Florida State brought in veteran transfer DJ Uiagalelei this offseason to bridge the gap between the younger options on the roster. However, the experiment with Uiagalelei was a complete disaster. Then the signal-caller broke his finger on his throwing hand against SMU.
Head football coach Mike Norvell inserted redshirt freshman Brock Glenn into the lineup versus Clemson. He performed well (given the circumstances) against the Tigers where he recorded 228 passing yards and two touchdowns.
However, Glenn has not performed well in the Duke and Miami games. As a result, Norvell decided to play true freshman Luke Kromenhoek to create an offensive spark. Kromenhoek handled the duties appropriately, but it was nothing special. The true freshman had a 40-yard quarterback sneak.
We will see if Kromenhoek can be the answer in 2025.
