5-star WR Jeremiah Smith

Tallahassee will be on fire this weekend as Class of 2024 Ohio State five-star wide receiver commit Jeremiah Smith is visiting. As I alluded to in a previous article, the talented five-star wide receiver made his mutual interest with Florida State very clear. Even though the Buckeye commit pledged back in December 2022, he has still taken the time and effort to visit the Seminoles’ campus. The Chaminade-Madonna Prep standout would certainly be the finishing piece that the Seminoles are looking for.

While Florida State already has four-stars Camdon Frier, BJ Gibson, Lawayne McCoy, and Elijah Moore committed to their fold, we learn that you can never have too many pass catchers on the roster. The Seminoles will have to replenish depth at the position with Johnny Wilson and potentially Keon Coleman declaring for the 2024 NFL Draft. It is certainly exciting to see Florida State involved with such high-caliber talent again. Winning certainly cures a lot as the Seminoles look to close the recruitment of one of the top targets on their recruiting board.
