Alex Mastromanno Was ELITE

Alex Mastromanno had an incredible game punting the ball against Miami and put a limited offense in tough spots the majority of the night.

Mastromanno punted seven times, averaging 49 yards and pinning Miami inside the 20-yard line five times.

However, it wasn’t just inside the 20, it was deep in Miami territory. Mastromanno pinned Miami at their two-yard line, 18-yard line, five-yard line, 16-yard line, 20-yard line, and 12-yard line.

Those punts helped lead the FSU offense getting the ball with excellent field position on several possessions.

FSU scored 14 points off a short field as a result of great punts from Mastromanno and the FSU defense attacking a limited offense and forcing punts.

Mastromanno got rewarded for his impact on the game with a turn to break the rock in the locker room.
