It’s here! FSU football will host the rival Miami Hurricanes on Saturday afternoon inside Doak Campbell Stadium at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The Noles enter the game as two touchdown betting favorites and the opportunity to win their third consecutive game in the series.

The Hurricanes are reeling in year two of the Mario Cristobal era, and another loss against FSU would do nothing but continue to throw gas on the fire for those barely clinging to their support for him.

It’s a game FSU football fans have been waiting for all season, as Miami fans have been chirping all offseason (what else is new) and early in the 2023 season about what they would do against FSU this year.

Miami playing awful teams early in the year provided their fans with some fool’s gold, and I think some media and FSU fans bought into it a little bit.

Are they better than they were last year? For sure, but it’s hard not to be better than they were a year ago with multiple blowout losses. However, they’re not as good as they thought they’d be and are in real danger of losing their next three games.

If that happens, it may not be something Cristobal can recover from. If Miami pulled the upset against FSU, it would quell those doubters quite a bit, but FSU has at least seven major advantages over the Noles going into this game.
