FSU football enjoyed a thrilling home victory against the Duke Blue Devils on Saturday night in a packed-out Doak Campbell Stadium.

The Seminoles now possess a 7-0 record for the first time since 2014 (love seeing angry Miami and Florida fans discussing about Florida State’s success on the field).

There is excitement brewing in Tallahassee as head football coach Mike Norvell and company have things rolling at the perfect time. While it has not been ideal at times, the Seminoles have managed to battle through levels of adversity to get where they are today.

Who would have thought that Florida State would be in the driver’s side of making the ACC Championship Game and potential College Football Playoff contenders after they were embarrassed at home by then-FCS opponent Jacksonville State in 2021?

Short answer: Florida State is built different.
