FSU football: Impact players for matchup versus Duke
FSU football will have an electric atmosphere in Doak Campbell Stadium as the Seminoles prepare to take on the No. 16 ranked Duke Blue Devils on Saturday night.
This will be one of the toughest home games of the 2023 season (thanks Miami for squandering an opportunity to have College Gameday in Tallahassee because you didn’t know how to kneel the football…).
Head football coach Mike Norvell and company look to be ready for the challenge as the Blue Devils stated that their star quarterback Riley Leonard could be available to play in the game.
The Seminoles are currently on a 6-game home winning streak and have not lost since October 15, 2022 (please don’t let this be jinx). FSU is riding high from its success this season as they look to start the season with a 7-0 record for the first time since 2014 (made the College Football Playoff against the Oregon Ducks that season).
Disclaimer: Let’s be sure not to mention what happened in the 2014 matchup against the Ducks, I still suffer from PTSD from what transpired in Pasadena.
Anyways, we at ChopChat are back at it again with our impact player article for the FSU-Duke matchup.
