FSU football has seen its program ascend to new heights under fourth-year head football coach Mike Norvell. While it has not been picture-perfect at times, the Seminoles have responded through an immense amount of adversity.

From losing to FCS opponent Jacksonville State in 2021 to ending the 2022 season with a 10-3 record, it has been quite a wild ride for FSU’s football program. The Seminoles have done a tremendous in exemplifying Norvell’s message of “response” where they have won 11 straight games.

Their last defeat came from the Clemson Tigers on October 15, 2022, where they lost by a score of 34-28. They avenged their loss from last season by defeating the Tigers this year.

Everything seems to be clicking for the Seminoles as they have a 20-6 record in their last 26 games. In honor of Mike Norvell turning 42 years old today, we at ChopChat want to feature five of the Seminoles’ best games during his tenure.
