Johnny Wilson Fingertip Catch Against Clemson

It’s wild how FSU football fans react after every game. The range of emotions goes from a player is a beast, to he doesn’t deserve to play anymore because he didn’t make a couple of plays.

That’s where Johnny Wilson was a couple of drops against Southern Mississippi. However, Wilson rebounded nicely for a four reception, 100+ yard game against Boston College

. Wilson isn’t known for having great hands, but the reception he made late in the fourth quarter was crazy.

It’s a one-on-one between Wilson and the defensive back, and Wilson gets a solid release off the line of scrimmage and beats the defender on the outside.

Jordan Travis throws a beautiful pass to only where Johnny Wilson could catch it. The drive ultimately didn’t result in any points getting scored, but it put the Noles in position to potentially kick field goal if the could have converted a couple more plays.
