Cam Akers

Former FSU football running back Cam Akers is having the time of his life.  His NFL career is everything he’s dreamed of and more.  Just like Dalvin Cook, Cam Akers adjusted to the NFL quickly, becoming one of the best running backs in the league today.

As a long time player for the Rams, Akers was one of their most lethal offensive weapons, making the running game a major strength for the offense.  Many defenses folded due to his lightning speed.  These past few years, the Rams have become relevant, largely to the explosiveness of Cam Akers.

After a grueling regular season-ending injury in 2021, Akers returned in the postseason with the Rams’ Super Bowl winning team.  Of course, he wasn’t at his best due to the injury.  Nevertheless, winning a Super Bowl is always a special moment for any NFL player, including Akers.  Cam Akers should be proud of his resiliency that season.  Comeback stories like that inspire others to be their very best.

Playing for the Vikings this season, Cam Akers looks to establish himself as a key playmaker for their offense.  Once he adjusts to their offensive scheme, he will rise to the occasion.  With so many accomplishments already in his professional career, the future looks bright for the former Seminole stud, Cam Akers.
