Josh Sweat

This past year’s Super Bowl runner ups, the Philadelphia Eagles, have one of the best defenses in the league.  Josh Sweat fits right in that defensive front.  Quarterbacks cringe as he bursts through the line.

His adjustment from college to pro came easily as he has been explosive from the beginning of his career.  Rising to the top as one of the best defensive backs in the NFL, Josh Sweat has emerged as a leader for the defense.

In 2022, Josh Sweat had a near-death experience with an artery rupture.  That motivated him to come back stronger than ever as he was part of the Eagles’ Super Bowl appearance last season.

Though the Eagles fell short to the Chiefs, it is still an amazing comeback story.  Philadelphia is very lucky to have such a valuable player as Josh Sweat.  If the Eagles are smart, they will do whatever it takes to keep him around for a long time.
