November 24th vs. Florida

Florida’s success in 2023 will have to revolve around its running game and transfer QB Graham Mertz managing the game. They have a new defensive coordinator who believes he’s the next Brent Venables, but I’m not sold on him.

I expect the Gators to be conservative on offense, using their running game and short passing game as an extension of the run. They play a tough schedule and will be beat up by the time they welcome the Noles to the Swamp for the season finale.

FSU will be motivated to keep their undefeated record and will be deep enough to wear down the Gators for an eventual win by double digits.

Scoring Prediction: FSU 38, Florida 27
