The 2023 Transfers Are Him

The transfers the coaching staff enrolled this spring and the key additions this summer is what will push FSU to championship levels.

I wholeheartedly believe getting wide receiver Keon Coleman instead of safety Jaylen Key from the transfer portal changed the ceiling of this team.

The additions of Jaheim Bell, Kyle Morlock, Jeremiah Byers, Casey Roddick, Gilber Edmond, Fentrell Cypress, Braden Fiske, and Darrell Jackson(even though he’s ineligible now) change FSU from a good team, to a team that can play at an elite level.

It’s like the staff evaluated what they lacked last year and went to the transfer portal for guys that would directly fix those issues.

The top-end talent is something we haven’t seen at FSU in quite some time, and it’ll likely get reflected in the 2024 NFL Draft. If FSU win the ACC and competes for a College Football Playoff spot or more?

It’ll be because these transfer additions played up to their potential, and the other players played at a higher level with another year of experience.
