FSU football: Ten recruits FSU needs to sign in 2024 recruiting class

FSU football currently ranks No. 15 in the 2024 247Sports Composite rankings.

The following prospects are committed to the Seminoles recruiting class:

•Five-star TE Landen Thomas

•Four-star QB Luke Kromenhoek

•Four-star RB Kameron Davis

•Four-star WR Camdon Frier

•Four-star WR Tawaski Abrams

•Four-star WR BJ Gibson

•Four-star WR Lawayne McCoy

•Four-star WR Elijah Moore

•Four-star DE Daniel Holmes

•Four-star CB Ricky Knight III

•Three-star DT Jamorie Flagg

•Three-star LB Jayden Parrish

•Three-star S CJ Heard

•Three-star S Rydarrius Morgan

•Three-star K Jake Weinberg

This coaching staff is working to acquire highly-touted prospects in their class. I realize some FSU fans were concerned about recruiting heading into July due to arch-rival Florida Gators’ success on the trail.

However, that thought process has lessened in part to Florida State securing the following four prospects in July:

•Four-star WR Elijah Moore

•Four-star DE Daniel Holmes

•Four-star CB Ricky Knight III

•Three-star S Rydarrius Morgan

The truth is the Seminoles will likely have at least 85 percent of their recruiting class committed to the program by the middle of August. Then it will be time to go big-game hunting for some of FSU’s biggest targets on their recruiting board.
