Closing Thoughts

The coaching staff has continued to express a high level of confidence in some of their recruiting targets, picking the Seminoles for the month of July.

Fourth of July could be a wonderful experience for Florida State football as they look to build upon their already stacked 2024 recruiting class filled with highly-touted prospects.

Fun experiment: If four-star wide receiver Elijah Moore and three-star safety Rydarrius “Red” Morgan decide to commit to the Seminoles, Florida State would rank No. 13 in the 247Sports’ Composite rankings.

Hypothetical: If the Seminoles landed all four of the prospects, then they would rank No. 9 in the rankings.

No matter what happens on the Fourth of July, this is a Florida State football team that has its sights set on the bigger picture in 2023, where ACC Championship Game appearances and potential College Football Playoff berths could be at stake.

While recruiting rankings may sound wonderful in the month of July (*speaking to you, Florida Gator fans*), it could escalate into something legendary if the Seminoles have the season that some think they will.

Buckle up, Seminole fans, because the next few months could be special for the 2024 recruiting class.
