FSU football: Projecting 2023 summer enrollee expectations

3-Star. Rawls is a player the staff took a commitment from earlier in the process even though he barely had a composite ranking and a guy that came to compete at FSU several times to earn his offer. That tells me they like what they saw when they evaluated him in person. I heard his stats from the GPS device players wear during workouts were excellent. I liked his film too, and he seemed to have a dawg mentality about him. I still think he’s pretty raw as a player and will need to add some strength and size at 170 pounds(20 pounds less than his recruiting profile). However, he could contribute on special teams since he isn’t afraid to lay the wood to opposing players and has very good speed. He’s a player that will take some time to develop.. DB.
