4-Star. Ricardo Jones ranks as the No. 125 player and No. 10 safety nationally. He ranks as the No. 22 player in the Peach State, checking in at 6’2″ and 200 pounds. FSU offered Jones in May 2022 and got him on campus for the Clemson game last year. Jones released a top nine list recently, which included FSU, Clemson, Auburn, LSU, South Carolina, Tennessee, Michigan, Texas, and Arkansas. He visited FSU this spring in March and will officially visit Tallahassee on the June 23 weekend. The only other official visit set is Clemson on June 2. Clemson didn’t offer Jones until this spring, but the fact they got an official visit tells you something. Jones is likely the highest-ranked realistic safety target for the Noles right now. FSU has been running strong in the Peach State and already has three of the top 25 players in the 2024 class from that state. Georgia looks to be trending for the No.1 safety in the nation, KJ Bolden. Could that favor the Noles?. S. Northside High School, Warner Robbins, GA. RICARDO JONES
