FSU football has one running back prospect committed to their 2024 recruiting class in four-star Kameron Davis (who should be ranked a five-star prospect) from Dougherty High School in Albany, Georgia.

While Davis is a supremely talented prospect, the Seminoles are still open to acquiring another running in its recruiting class. Notable prospects to monitor for FSU are four-star recruits, Micahi Danzy and Christian Clark.

Both prospects have now scheduled official visits with the Seminoles for June. Danzy will be visiting on the illustrious June 23rd weekend (click here to learn more about the visitor weekend) and Clark will visit June 2nd.

MICAHI DANZY

Let’s start with four-star Micahi Danzy. This is a local prospect that is from the Tallahassee area. He has shown the hometown team a ton of love and attention and has visited the Seminoles three times thus far this spring.

Arch-rival Florida Gators have become a team to worry about in his recruitment as they arrived with a late offer on February 16, 2023. But Florida State has remained confident in their pursuit to acquire the running back prospect, who had over 1,800 yards and 17 touchdowns last season.

CHRISTIAN CLARK

As for Clark, it could be more difficult to obtain his services. But the talented four-star prospect is the nephew of former FSU quarterback and outfielder Kenny Felder, who played with the Seminoles from 1989-1991. As a result, it does help that he has a family member who knows what it is like to be a Florida State Seminole.

However, unlike Danzy, the Seminoles have much stiffer competition (yes, that is a shot at the Florida Gators) for the Phoenix, Arizona native. He currently has four official visits scheduled so far: USC (May 19-21), Florida State (June 2-4), Texas (June 16-18), and Georgia (June 23-25). FSU needs to make a good impression early on to have an opportunity to land Clark.

As it stands, Danzy seems like the more obtainable option for the running back position.

For what it’s worth, Kameron Davis’s mom is always showing love to Clark on social media regarding the Noles.
