Dino Babers-Syracuse

Dino Babers is 73-69 overall and 36-49 at Syracuse. He’s 18-39 in the ACC Atlantic, the tougher of the two divisions in the ACC.

Babers surprised a lot of folks leading Syracuse to a 10-win campaign in 2018. His teams have played Clemson tough, upsetting them in 2017 and giving them another run for their money in 2018.

However, he wasn’t able to sustain that success and fell to the bottom of the ACC in the 2020 COVID year, finishing 1-10. The Orange have shown improvement over the last two years and made a bowl game last season after starting the season 6-0.

However, the lack of depth got exposed, and they lost five of their last six. Babers is a solid offensive mind and had a 37-16 record as a head coach before taking the Syracuse job.

Syracuse is a tough place to win at nowadays, but his teams usually compete hard.
