FSU football: Four-star TE Kylan Fox announcing decision on July 4th
Class of 2024 four-star tight end prospect Kylan Fox from Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia, has announced via his Twitter account that he will announce his commitment on July 4th.
Fireworks could be taking place in recruiting for the Seminoles on the Fourth of July as Class of 2024 four-star wide receiver target James Madison II from St. Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, will be announcing his commitment then as well.
However, let’s get back to discussing Fox’s recruitment. He visited Florida State this past weekend for an unofficial visit.
The talented tight end has visited the Seminoles three times since the calendar year started.
What makes things even more interesting with the Grayson High School standout is he has a tremendous relationship with five-star tight-end commit Landen Thomas.
Ever since Thomas flipped his commitment from Georgia to Florida State on April 17, 2023, he has made it a priority to recruit Fox heavily to join FSU’s class.
Fox has now decided to officially visit the Seminoles on June 23, which is the same time that Thomas will utilize his OV to FSU.
As you can tell, this is trending in a very positive direction as head football coach Mike Norvell is attempting to obtain several highly-touted prospects to complete their 2024 recruiting class that already ranks No. 8 in the 247Sports’ Composite rankings.
Tight ends coach Chris Thomsen is continuing to recruit at an exceptional level. The position unit as a whole has developed into something special. The Seminoles have pieces to build around their roster with current players such as Jaheim Bell, Kyle Morlock, Markeston Douglas, Jackson West, Brian Courtney, Jerrale Powers, and Preston Daniel.
While also having two potential talented prospects in five-star Landen Thomas and four-star Kylan Fox for the future. Coach Thomsen is changing the narrative of the tight end position at Florida State!
