FSU football: Offensive recruiting 2024 target board
OFFENSIVE LINE
Florida State offensive line coach Alex Atkins is considered one of the best recruiters on the Seminoles’ coaching staff. This title is because of his ability to relate to high school recruits, transfer portal prospects, and current players on the roster.
Atkins had a productive 2023 recruiting class, which included two talented offensive linemen recruits, four-star offensive tackle Lucas Simmons and three-star offensive tackle Andre Otto (enrolling in the summer). He also reaped the benefits of acquiring interior offensive linemen Casey Roddick (Colorado) and Keiondre Jones (Auburn), and offensive tackle Jeremiah Byers (UTEP) via the transfer portal. Luckily for the Seminoles, starting interior offensive lineman D’Mitri Emmanuel’s waiver got approved for a seventh collegiate season.
However, FSU currently has no offensive linemen committed to its recruiting class. But the Seminoles are in the running for several highly-touted prospects, such as:
- Four-star offensive tackle Ethan Calloway
- Four-star offensive tackle Manasse Itete
- Four-star interior offensive lineman Jonathan Daniels
- Four-star interior offensive lineman Jason Zandamela
- Four-star interior offensive Jordan Seaton
- Three-star offensive tackle John Wayne Oliver
- Three-star offensive tackle Jordan Floyd
- Three-star offensive tackle Tye Hylton
- Three-star offensive tackle Deryc Plazz
Prospects that should be monitored for FSU football are four-star offensive tackle Manasse Itete, four-star interior offensive linemen Jonathan Daniels and Jason Zandamela (each of the prospects have received crystal ball predictions to the Seminoles).
