FSU football completed its spring camp last week with one final practice after the spring game on April 8th.

The good news is the Noles made it through camp without any major injuries, aside from those who missed spring camp due to injuries or rehab.

Spring camp involves getting through the Tour of Duty and the strength and conditioning phases before going through 15 practices, three of which are scrimmages.

In year four, Mike Norvell went with a heavy install approach because he has had many players in the system for multiple years.

19 newcomers from the prep ranks, JUCO, or transfer portal joined the program this spring. So it was a good mixture of old and new players working to build on what the 2022 team accomplished last year.

The expectations are through the roof, and there are several known commodities like Jordan Travis, Jared Verse, Trey Benson, and others.

However, the spring is about building depth and player development too. That’s why I want to highlight five players that we could say developed the most this spring.
