FSU football kickers have had a great week, even though they missed a couple of kicks Saturday. They hadn’t missed a live kick (expect one that got blocked by Patrick Payton) until Saturday’s scrimmage.

FSU still has a question mark at punt returner with Mycah Pittman out, but they’ll start looking to address that more in the second half of spring camp.

Much hasn’t been said about punter Alex Mastromanno, but I think he was solid last year and improved tremendously over the previous season.

The crazy part was he only punted 34 times, much less than the 61 attempts in 2021. FSU’s kick return game is an area I hope to see drastic improvement from in 2023.
