FSU football will go into week two of spring practice this week. We discussed some questions before spring camp began the week before last.

FSU went through three practices in week one, with the final practice in full pads for the first time.

The defense caught some underserved flack last season, considering they played either without key starters or those guys at far less than 100 percent due to injury.

Nevertheless, Adam Fuller saw much improvement in his unit for the second consecutive year, and they’ve added some pieces from the transfer portal to help with their biggest problem, which was a lack of depth on the defensive line.

We heard Mike Norvell mention several names that stood out during week one. The questions this year are different than in the past couple of years. It’s not if they will be good or not but how good can this defense be with the added talent from the portal and high school ranks?

Not to mention some young guys could emerge that redshirted last year or saw little meaningful snaps.
Here are the top three defensive questions for the Noles in spring practice.
