Give Adam Fuller His Credit

Listen, all of the Adam Fuller haters have to give that man his credit. I don’t care the Miami defense sucks because the FSU defense dominated them the way they should have.

FSU’s defense held Miami to 188 total yards on 52 plays.

I predicted they would hold the Canes to 20 points or fewer and under 5 yards per play. Those numbers equal 3.61 yards per play, but what’s crazy is if you remove Jaylin Knighton’s 45-yard run, that average drops to 2.8 yards per play for the entire game.

Miami had 62 passing yards and  converted 4 of 13 third down attempts. A lot of people gave the FSU defense criticism for their lack of takeaways, and they forced four Miami turnovers.

By the way, I predicted the FSU defense would force two turnovers in my bold predictions piece. Miami still hasn’t scored a rushing touchdown against a Power 5 team all season.

Heck, they didn’t give up a single touchdown in the game, and that’s not easy to do against anyone in today’s times.
