FSU football will host Boston College as large betting favorites Saturday night in primetime for the opportunity to improve to 4-0 on the season.

The Noles have covered the spread in all three games, but oddsmakers still like the Noles big though they could be without some starters in the game.

FSU played well in the second half against Louisville in their last outing, despite missing their starting quarterback, defensive tackle, defensive end, and one of their defensive backs.

Boston College has struggled to put it together offensively this season after a ton of injuries to their offensive line.

However, they had their highest output last week against Maine with a 38-17 win. The Eagles averaged 6.15 yards per play and led 28-10 at halftime.

Their defense is the team’s strength, and they forced three turnovers last week. Their two losses are against lowly Virginia Tech (lost to Old Dominion) and Rutgers.

Their offense hasn’t been able to protect quarterback Phil Jurkovec or establish a running game. It’s a game FSU football should win comfortably as long as they do these three things.
