FSU football is one week away from their season opener against Duquesne. FSU fans nervously await to see if the product on the field has improved since last year.

Will they make or bowl? Can they surprise some folk and win eight games? I think they’ll make a bowl, no question, but how will the season play out as a whole?

The last time we saw the Noles in action, they played a hard-fought game against the rival Florida Gators. It was a game they arguably should have won, but FSU fans have had to keep that nasty taste in our mouths all off-season, and what an offseason it has been.

As we are ready for the upcoming season, here is a look at our game-by-game predictions with scores for the Noles in all 12 regular-season matchups, beginning with their opening matchup against Duquesne.

Game-by-game predictions for the 2022 FSU football schedule

August 27th vs. Duquesne

Listen, Duquesne is terrible and the Noles should be up a gazillion points at halftime. I just hope to get the win and escape with no injuries. It’ll be great to start the season with a win for the first time since 2016.

Scoring Prediction: FSU by whatever they want

Projected 2022 Record: 1-0
