FSU football is nearing the completion of fall camp as they begin installations for the season opener against Duquesne.

A lot of progress between spring camp and now, with players improving their skillsets and becoming more familiar with the offense and defense. Players have put in a lot of work in the strength and conditioning program, reshaping their bodies and getting stronger and faster.

On paper, this could be the most complete team since 2017, which saw FSU begin the season ranked top five nationally. No, this 2022 team isn’t as talented as that team but has better talent overall than the past few years.

More importantly, this team has depth in multiple positions and leadership from some key players. The large number of transfer players enrolling in the spring semester should pay dividends as those players assimilate expectations for coaches and the fan base.

The aggressive installation at the beginning of fall camp, the will to uphold a certain standard at each and every practice, and most of all, the work put in by everyone has seen some players emerge over the past few weeks that can be difference-makers for this team.

Here are the three players that could have the most consistent impact on this team.
