FSU football: 5 realistic 2023 blue-chip targets for the Noles
By Kelvin Hunt
Worthy Mentions
There is a handful of other blue-chip recruits out there the Noles could potentially get back in it with if they start the season strong:
- Adam Hopkins-This recruit has been on FSU’s campus too many times to ignore. He plays both ways for his high school team and probably could play either WR or DB in college. He visited recently for FSU’s big recruiting weekend in July. Texas A&M was the leader but he hasn’t committed to them or visited anywhere else but FSU for the most part. Could be a guy to look at if they miss on a higher WR target like Williams.
- Jalen Brown-A current LSU commit that has a good relationship with FSU coaches. He also visited during the big recruitment weekend in July after commiting to FSU. If FSU can start out strong? Maaaaybe.
- Michael Mitchell-A current Utah RB commit that grew up an FSU fan. He has some things to get cleared up academically, but could be added to the class if everything worked out.
I’m sure I’m forgetting a couple of names and a couple will likley come out of the wood works later. However, this is a solid eight blue-chip targets the Noles could make some noise for between now and February.
