Jammie Robinson vs. Florida

The Florida game had me so frustrated because of how hard the defense fought to keep the Noles in the game while the offense was nowhere to be found.

A large part of that effort was All-ACC First Team safety Jammie Robinson, who had a monster game.

Robinson was all over the field and finished the game with 18 tackles, 2.5 tackles for a loss, and an interception returned for 28 yards. The interception was huge because Florida had just gotten the ball from FSU at midfield and was already leading 7-0.

Robinson intercepted the flea-flicker near the 15-yard line as the first quarter expired and gave the ‘Noles offense excellent field position that they ultimately squandered.

It was a tough physical game, and Robinson was one of the few Noles that matched the physicality of the Gators all game.
