Jashaun Corbin vs. Notre Dame

Jashaun Corbin’s performance in the 2021 opening game against Notre Dame was a foreshadowing of things to come. Corbin sparked an offense that had shown absolutely nothing on their first two possessions, going -19 yards on six plays.

However, it’s was Corbin’s 90-yard touchdown run on the third offensive possession that sparked FSU and gave them(and the fans) confidence they could compete with Notre Dame.

Corbin also ran a lot of wildcat in this game and helped FSU a ton in some short yardage situations by moving the chains. Corbin finished the gam with 144 yards on 15 carries and one touchdown.
