October 30th @ Clemson

This game has likely been circled by Dabo Swinney since last year when he brought a player that had tested positive for COVID to Tallahassee, which resulted in cancellation of the game.

I’m sure he’ll try to make a statement against Mike Norvell in their first matchup. Clemson is the more talented team, particularly in the trenches.

I think FSU hangs with Clemson for a quarter or a half, but ultimately the Tigers will pull away and win convincingly.

One thing that’s possible is Mike Norvell could use a tactic to slow the game down, limiting how many possessions the Clemson offense has to score.

There’s no sense in getting long-winded about this one.

Scoring Prediction: Clemson 49, FSU 20

Projected 2021 Record: 5-3
