FSU Year One

FSU 2020

  • Points per game: 36
  • Yards per Play: 6.47
  • Rushing yards per attempt: 5.12
  • Third down conversions: 46.49 percent
  • Red zone TD: 66.67 percent

FSU football didn’t complete a full schedule, so these will be rough projections at best. However, it’s interesting to look at what could be possible under Adam Fuller. We saw improvements at both stops, but I’m going to use Memphis as the measuring stick since their numbers are closer to what FSU produced last year.

IF we see the same rate of improvement at FSU that Fuller had at Memphis? Here’s are some ballpark figures for the FSU defense.

FSU 2021 Projections

  • Points per game: 29.79
  • Yards per Play: 6.19
  • Rushing yards per attempt: 4.45
  • Third down conversions: 40 percent
  • Red zone TD: 60 percent
