FSU football: 3 things we learned from 2020 season

What we learned in Mike Norvell’s first season at FSU football.
The FSU football season came to an end on a positive note earlier this month for the first time since the 2017 season.
It’s the third consecutive losing season, a trend that needs to be corrected in 2021 to show any progression back to prominence.
The things the staff had to deal with in 2020 didn’t allow for the smoothest transition and implementation of what they wanted.
However, looking back will give us an idea of what the future could hold under Mike Norvell and company.
The good news is, FSU football showed some positive signs in their final game against Duke.
That was encouraging and could be a sign of things to come in 2021. FSU football didn’t meet expectations this season, simple as that, and here are the three biggest lessons we learned from another year filled with disappointment and letdown.
