FSU football will go into the another prime time game as double digit underdogs, this time against Notre Dame. Can the Noles keep it close?

FSU football is coming off their first win of the season, a comeback win over FCS foe Jacksonville State. Notre Dame is hasn’t played since shutting out South Florida 52-0 on September 19.

The Fighting Irish have been dealing with  a ton of COVID-19 related issues, which is why betting sites had taken down the betting lines earlier in the week.

Notre Dame’s President tested positive for COVID-19, and ironically, FSU’s President Thrasher tested positive within the last week as well.

if we go by the first nine quarters of the season, there’s nothing about FSU football that says this game will be less than the 21-point betting spread.

However, the Noles seemed to find an answer at the quarterback position with Jordan Travis leading the comeback.

There are still many questions surrounding Travis and the FSU offense because of the talent gap between JSU and a program like Notre Dame.

There may be bigger questions surrounding the FSU defense that’s been a huge disappointment so far this season.

Can the Noles keep it close? Let’s talk about it.
