FSU football will take on Notre Dame Saturday night after getting their first win last week. We give you three things to be on the lookout for in the game.
FSU football nabbed its first win of the season in a comeback effort against FCS foe Jacksonville State.
Normally a win over Jacksonville State wouldn’t mean much, but that tells you the state of the FSU program at the moment.
It’s all about showing progress back towards respectability after going 18-20 over the past three seasons.
The Noles failed big time in their last outing against a quality FBS foe in Miami, and it won’t get any easier traveling to South Bend to take on Notre Dame Saturday night in prime time.
However, one major difference between Saturday’s game and the first three is, FSU will start a quarterback in Jordan Travis, who has had success nearly every time he’s been on the field in 2020.
Travis ignited FSU’s comeback win over Jacksonville State and has given the FSU fan base a breath of fresh air after seemingly hitting rock bottom after getting blown out against Miami.
Nobody is expecting FSU to win the game as they are nearly three-touchdown underdogs going into the contest. However, it’s a good measuring stick to see how the Noles stack up with a new quarterback under center.
Here are three things to be on the lookout for as Nole fans Saturday night.
