FSU football: 3 ways Luke Altmyer commitment impacts Noles

FSU football got its quarterback for the 2021 recruiting class with Luke Altmyer. I discuss the impact he will have on the ‘Noles program.
FSU football is still trying to make up ground with having its second transitional recruiting class in three seasons. However, they are in a much better spot than they were this time a year ago.
They have their 2020 recruiting class wrapped up aside from a few players that remained unsigned. There’s a high probability the Noles will sign at least five of those six remaining players.
The coaching staff has made an exceptional transition to working on the 2021 recruiting class and beyond in such a short time frame.
They’ve extended over 209 scholarship offers and secured one of the best quarterbacks in the class with Luke Altmyer’s commitment Monday morning.

The 2021 recruiting class will go a long way in determining Mike Norvell’s future at FSU. He has done an excellent job of salvaging 2020, but this full recruiting cycle will let us know exactly what he and his staff can do on the trails
There’s a good chance the 2021 recruiting class can be top 10 or better as long as the program looks improved in the field in 2020.
A solid 8-9 regular season in 2020 will allow him to do work on the 2021 scene, and having one of the best quarterbacks already committed could change the game.
