FSU football: 3 possible look ahead games on 2020 schedule

NC State
Ah, the dreaded trip to Carter-Finley Stadium against the NC State Wolfpack. FSU got beat like a drum two years ago there, but the good news is this game will not be on a Thursday night.
NC State finished the season ranked No. 98 and was awful last season. However, they always seem to get up for the Noles in Raleigh.
FSU football will enter this game coming off its bye week that’s way too early. It’s also the week before the Noles face Clemson at home.
IF the Noles go into this game 3-0 there’s a good chance they could overlook this NC State team with the Tigers on deck.
Everyone will be on the Mike Norvell hype train if the Noles are in that position, much like fans were in 2010 when FSU traveled to Oklahoma to get destroyed.
This is a game FSU must-win if they are to win eight or nine games in 2020. They will be the more talented team, but they’ll need to show up in Raleigh or this game will be more difficult than it needs to be.
How about the Noles losing to a mediocre NC State team in 2012?
