Final Thoughts

This is what can happen when a coach loses his program the way Jimbo Fisher did. This 2016 recruiting class was ranked No. 3 overall by the composite rankings.

Instead of being a class that helped FSU football stay among the elite, it became one of the reasons Jimbo Fisher left Tallahassee.

If Malik Henry could have kept his head on straight who knows how this program could have flourished. If the strength and conditioning was up to par, who knows what those offensive linemen could have turned into.

Who knows how many injuries could have been preventing with a better strength and conditioning program.

One player out of 23 players signed has gotten drafted by an NFL team. That’s amazing it could happen at a proud program like FSU football.

I’d have to give this recruiting class a massive D based on how much talented was wasted.

However, it’s the bed we made and we’ve been laying in it for three years. Now it’s about getting the things in place to prevent this from ever happening again.
