Needs

FSU football went into the day with several positions of need. They obviously needed and still need offensive tackles but were able to land Zane Herring and Thomas Shrader.

They still have three-star commit Lloyd Willis who could still sign too.

The Noles needed a punter and signed one from Australia in Alex Mastromanno and he has an absolute rocket in his foot:

FSU brought in one of the best group of wide receivers in the nation after not signing any skill players in 2018. Of course, they signed two really talented quarterbacks who fit the system FSU will be installing.

They added two defensive ends in Josh Griffis and transfer Jarrett Jackson who’s eligible immediately after setting out the 2019 season at Louisville.

They signed two quality linebackers in Stephen Dix Jr. and Jayion McCluster and an absolute mountain in the middle with four-star defensive tackle Emanuel Rogers.

The highest rated player in the class, four-star cornerback Demorie Tate can be an impact player and long-time commit Jadarius Green-McKnight will be looking to lay the wood at safety.

FSU landed four-star Lawrance Toafili at running back at that position continues to be a huge position of need.

Finally, Carter Boatwright was the lone tight-end taken in the class and has a chance to help early with his physicality.
