FSU football had a ton of wins during Early Signing Day and secured almost all of their targets. I discuss the excellent job of the coaches.

FSU football almost had a perfect day Wednesday as part of college football’s early signing period.

The Noles went into the day ranked No. 26 in the nation with 13 commitments and finished the day ranked No. 21 with 17 commitments with one player added from the transfer portal.

The great news is they were able to get all of their players signed except for two in four-star wide receiver Malachi Wideman and three-star offensive tackle Lloyd Willis.

However, it’s possible one or both could sign in the next couple of days as the early signing period goes through Friday.

FSU football head coach Mike Norvell gave his thoughts on the players that officially became Noles Wednesday:

As you can see he’s very excited and it’s clear the coaching staff did a lot of homework on the current roster.

I must say a lot of credit has to go to the likes of Odell Haggins, Ron Dugans and Telly Lockette who did a lot of work in helping to keep most of the class together when it was uncertain who the next FSU head coach would be.

Let’s get into how the coaches crushed the Early Signing Day.
