FSU football: 3 immediate recruiting needs for 2020 class

FSU football is in dire need of players at some critical positions in the 2020 recruiting class. What positions should Mike Norvell target most?
FSU football sits with the No. 22 ranked recruiting class nationally and new coach Mike Norvell has work to do in closing out FSU’s second transitional class in the last three years.
The Noles have 14 commits with space for another 12 or so if Norvell decides to go quantity over quality.
Personally, I’d go quality over quantity and take a huge class in his first recruiting cycle in 2021.
He could sell his vision and have plenty of spaces for quality players which would automatically give him a very high recruiting ranking nationally just based on the sheer number of commits.
If the blue chip ratio is 60 percent of higher for 2021, there would be a great shot of FSU football finishing with a top 5-10 recruiting class.
Nevertheless, we’re talking about the 2020 recruiting class that had been ranked near the top 10-15 all season prior to Willie Taggart getting fired.
FSU has lost five commits since the Taggart era ended and FSU was searching for its next coach.
That attrition could have happened anyways with how the team looked in the Miami game, but the uncertainty of who the next coach would be didn’t help either.
The 14 commits on board does a solid job of addressing needs, but there are some immediate areas that need attention with early signing day happening in a week.
