Recruiting

FSU football is limbo when it comes to recruiting and needs someone who could hit the ground running.

Not only would Franklin be the best man for the job, it’s possible he could bring some players with him from Penn State.

There are several players committed to Penn State who were recruited by FSU’s previous staff.

FSU is in dire need of running backs and offensive line men. Four-star running backs Caziah Holmes and Keyvone Lee and are committed to Penn State and hail from the Sunshine state.

Not only that, Penn State has two offensive tackles committed and two four-star defensive tackles who FSU could desperately use.

This is only addressing the short-term prior to the early signing period. However, I think James Franklin would make the most impact recruiting wise overall when compared to the other guys mentioned.

He consistently fields top 15 recruiting classes and obviously recruits the state of Florida well. His name holds more weight than the others and coupled with the Seminole logo would be formidable as he has experience rebuilding programs at Vanderbilt and Penn State.
