So, what did we learn last weekend in the world of the NFL and the teams that took the field? Well, for starters we’ve learned that it’s easy to stay unbeaten when you are playing teams that had one their first games the week before – and we also learned that no matter how many FSU football alums you have, Cincinnati and Miami might not win a game this year.
I mean, those teams will play in December so somehow one of them has to win a game there (maybe) but until that point it’s going to be interesting – just like it will be interesting to see if the two unbeaten teams stay that way until that point (likely not).
But, for now we move on to the next week of games that features a monster showdown on Sunday night – but, with my AFC North leading Ravens on the bye week, the level of personal interest moves toward actually rooting for one team to get their first win on Monday night.
Here is a look at the schedule for games during the eighth week of the 2019 NFL season and where you can catch the action at home.
