FSU football brings back a talented team on both sides of the ball in 2019. How does each unit rank?

FSU football has a lot of experience and talent returning this season, and it’s one of the reasons along with an easier schedule some feel the Noles can bounce back after the worst season in 40 years.

They only lost two players to the NFL Draft in Brian Burns and Demarcus Christmas. However, there are a number of players who could declare for the draft after this season.

The addition of Kendal Briles, Randy Clements and Ron Dugans to the coaching staff is a significant upgrade to what the program has last season.

A lot of issues from last seasons should be negated by the synergy and history of Briles and Clements working together for so many years prior to getting to FSU.

FSU football has to do a better job of preventing self-inflicted wounds like penalties and turnovers. If so, I think they can improve quite a bit as the overall floor of this program is in better shape than in years past.

I’m going to give my confidence rankings per unit on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest confidence possible.
