Nate Andrews

I know you’re probably reading this and thinking how in the world is Nate Andrews on this list right?

Well, let me remind you Nate Andrews had a great true freshmen season in 2013 and helped the defense lead the Noles to a national championship.

Andrews had 35 total tackles, four interceptions with one returned for a touchdown, three forced fumbles, four passes broken up and a sack in 14 games.

Andrews didn’t record any stats in the 2013 opener against Pittsburgh, but when the Noles entered conference play again he made his presence felt.

He had 25 of his 35 tackles to come against ACC opponents and all four of his interceptions came in ACC play.

Andrews went on to play at FSU for forever and was hampered by injuries, but his true freshmen season was his most memorable for the former three-star recruit who joined the Noles at the last minute.
