Underrated

I know it’s common for people to look at every three-star ranked player and declare he’s better than his ranking. However, this is the case with Morven Joseph.

From what I’ve seen there’s no question he’s better than his ranking and should be listed as a four-star.

The production he had in his junior season was excellent at 18.5 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks.

He’s performed well against good competition and looked good working out at the Saturday Night Live event.

We’ll talk about his later, but Joseph is a great contrast to what the other defensive end commit Josh Griffis brings to the table.

Joseph is a pass rusher with speed and moves to boot. Griffis is a pass rusher too with moves, but is the larger of the two who could help set the edge against the run better at this stage.

I like Joseph a ton and expect his ranking to rise with a strong senior season.
