FSU football met a need with the addition of Jayion McCluster to the 2020 recruiting class.. I discuss the impact he will have on the ‘Noles program.

FSU football added four-star linebacker Jayion McCluster to the 2020 recruiting class Wednesday morning.

McCluster had been a FSU lean for a while after visiting for both FSU junior days earlier this year.

The Noles beat out in-state Miami and Auburn for his commitment among a host of other schools like LSU, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia Tech and others.

He’s the No. 317 ranked player nationally and the No. 10 ranked inside linebacker while checking in as the No. 47 player in the state of Florida.

FSU football now has 11 commitments in its 2020 recruiting class which is considered the No. 6 class in the nation.

McCluster makes the third linebacker commitment in the class. Let’s take a look at three ways his commitment impacts the Noles.
